Internal contact database (CRM)
- Data: contact and communication data from enquiries (name, e-mail, phone, company, message content), records of communication and of the business relationship, and possibly how you found us (so-called UTM campaign attribution).
- Purpose: handling and tracking your enquiry, communicating about cooperation, maintaining the business relationship and evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing.
- Processing: the data is stored in our internal database (CRM) on our servers (HostCreators web hosting, Slovakia). We never sell it to third parties; it is processed for us only by the trusted processors listed in section 3 below (e.g. e-mail communication via Spacemail).
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in maintaining the business relationship and answering the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Retention: 2 years from the last interaction; if a contract is concluded, for its duration and the statutory periods.
- Marketing e-mails: we may occasionally send an offer or a tip related to our services. For these e-mails we measure delivery, opens and clicks to evaluate their effectiveness. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of every e-mail (or by writing to us) - from that moment we send you no marketing e-mails.
Company database (B2B prospecting)
- Data: publicly available company data from Slovak registers and the public FinStat database - company name, company ID, registered office, industry, size, selected financial indicators and the names of statutory representatives listed in public registers.
- Purpose: compiling a list of suitable companies to offer our services to (approaching potential partners, so-called B2B prospecting).
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in approaching companies with a relevant offer based on publicly available data (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no sensitive or non-public data for this.
- Who we share it with: no one - we process the data strictly internally and pass it on to nobody.
- Your rights: as a company representative you can object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). On request we remove you from our list without delay - just write to info@unoneto.sk.
Traffic measurement
We measure website traffic in two modes:
- Anonymous measurement (always, without cookies and without consent): we keep an anonymous overview of how the site is used - the page visited, time, traffic source, language, device type and whether you started filling in the contact form and whether you submitted it (not what you wrote in it). We do not store your IP address - the server encodes it on the spot (a hash with a daily key) into a short code that cannot be traced back to a person. It is therefore not processing of personal data and serves statistics only. These records are deleted automatically within 180 days at the latest.
- Detailed measurement (only after consent to analytics cookies): we remember the session and track behaviour on the site - how far you scroll and clicks - and we also measure traffic via Google Analytics (GA4). The session marker (
uno_sid) and the campaign you arrived from (uno_utm) are kept in the browser's session storage and disappear when you close the tab; Google Analytics stores its own cookies. For consent purposes, session storage is treated the same as cookies. The full list is in the cookie policy. - Legal basis: anonymous measurement is not processing of personal data; detailed measurement and Google Analytics run solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before it is given, detailed measurement does not start. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie policy.
- Proof of your decision: when you decide in the bar, we store on the server the time, the consent version and which categories you allowed - the GDPR requires this (Art. 7(1)) so we can prove consent. Of your IP address and browser we store only an unreadable fingerprint, not the values themselves. The same record is created when you refuse consent.
3. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. It is processed for us only by trusted service providers (processors) necessary to run the website:
- Web hosting: HostCreators (hostcreators.sk).
- E-mail services: Spacemail.
- Contact forms: Formspree, Inc. (USA).
- Appointment booking: Calendly, LLC (USA).
- Traffic measurement: Google Ireland Limited (only after your consent).
Some providers are based outside the EU (USA). In that case the transfer is safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to:
- access the data and obtain a copy,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- erasure ("the right to be forgotten"),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal).
To exercise your rights, e-mail info@unoneto.sk. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk) or with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.
