What we build in this area
- A one-page website built around the enquiry, not around a catalogue
- A custom CRM with enquiries, companies, contacts and deal stages
- Enquiries from Facebook, Instagram and the web form in one place
- Connected to Raynet CRM, which the company uses
- E-mail campaigns, sending through their own mail server and reading replies
- Built-in analytics with no need to click through to another tool
- The admin works fully on a phone as an app, with alerts for new enquiries
- Cookie consent that measures only after permission - no flattered numbers
The brief: not just a website, but a flow of enquiries
Prevmatec did not want a presentation. They wanted a website that brings in enquiries and a system that works with them afterwards - connected to the Raynet CRM the company already used, with enquiries from social networks, with analytics and with e-mail campaigns.
Ready for AI search too
Besides classic SEO we prepared the site for GEO - so that AI assistants understand the company when someone asks them for a supplier. Today that is a normal part of building a website, just like SEO.
Practice showed it works: the first organic enquiry came from a customer who said ChatGPT had recommended the company.
Where enquiries come together and what happens to them
An enquiry can arrive by three routes and all of them end in one place. The first is the form on the website. The second is the ad platforms - the customer fills in a form directly in Facebook, Instagram or a Google ad and the lead appears in the system. The third is a reply to an e-mail campaign.
Once saved, the enquiry is matched against the company database and scored, which hints at whether it is an interesting opportunity. The company gets an e-mail and a phone notification, and meanwhile a lead is created in Raynet with a note about where it came from.
The admin as an operating system
This is the part you do not see on the website, and it is the largest. The admin is not a text editor - it is where the company works on its sales. A list of enquiries with filters, highlighting for those past their response time, exports and the history of communication.
The whole admin works fully on a phone - it can be added to the home screen as an app and alerts about new enquiries arrive straight to the phone. A salesperson finds out about an enquiry on the road, not in the evening at a computer.
Honest measurement instead of flattered numbers
We did two things more strictly than usual, both so the numbers do not lie. Measurement codes are not written into the page at all without cookie consent - it is not that they "do not run", they are genuinely not there. And caught spam is not counted in the statistics.
What it looks like
Examples from practice
The customer fills in the form inside the ad and the lead is in the system and in Raynet - without ever opening the website.
When a contacted person replies to a campaign, the system turns the reply straight into a lead, including the campaign they responded to.
Enquiries that were not answered within the agreed time highlight themselves in the list.
The system distinguishes a form filled in inside the ad from a form on the website that a visitor from the same campaign clicked through to.
Gausium Slovakia shows that the value of a website is not in how it looks, but in what happens behind it. If you are dealing with the same thing - enquiries from several channels with nowhere to meet - let us go through it together and say what makes sense to build first.
